| In order to download any games off of
our site, we require that you create an account. This
simplifies the process for our customers. You only need
to provide your personal information once on our secure
server and you are able to download all the games that
your heart desires. By registering you will be the first
one to receive notices of the latest and upcoming games,
opportunities to beta test games, gift certificates, and
be able to upload your high score onto the Fishbowl of Fame. |

| To register, Simply click on the Create
Account Tab or click on the register button next to the
login box. Follow the instructions and you are on your
way to downloading and playing GG's great games. |

| 05. How can I update my information? |
| Login to your account and change the
textbox fields. Click on the Update Profile button
and you are done. |

| 06 .Do I have to pay for membership? |
| No. Membership is absolutely free. |

| 07. I forgot my ID and/or my Password. |
Click on the "Forgot PW or ID" button.
If you forgot your ID click on the "Forgot ID," you will need your
email address that you provided to register your account. If you
forgot your ID, please email support for further assistance.

| 08. How can I buy a Guppy Games's Game? |
There are two steps:
- Create an account. Click on the Create Account tab or click on the register button next to the login box.
- Browse through our library of games and choose the game that you want now. Click on the get it now button and follow the steps.

| 09. How much does it cost to download games? |
| The price of each game varies by the functions and technology. You can find out the specific price of each game by visiting the game's page. Click on the games tab and choose the game that you want. |

| 10. How can I download a game to my phone? |
There are two steps:

- Browse through our library of games and choose the game that you want now. Click on the get it now button and follow the steps.

| 11. How many games can I download to my phone? |
| The number of games that you can download on your phone depends on how much memory you have left on your phone and the size of the games that you want to download. Consult your mobile device's manual to figure out how to check how much memory you have left on your phone. Then, go to the page of the game that you want to download. Compare the sizes to verify that you have enough space on your phone.

| 12. I couldn't receive the Text message. How long should it take to receive the text message? |
| Text messages should only take a couple of minutes. Please check that you have correctly selected your carrier and entered the correct phone number.

| 13. I got the message, but I can't access the Internet. |
| Please contact your carrier to find out how to access the Internet on your phone.

| 14. Where is the game that I downloaded? |
| Check all of the folders on your phone one more time. Check your games folder, applications folder, and any other folders on your phone. Many phones do not download games to the games folder.

| 15. How do I play the game that I downloaded? |
| Go to the particular game's page on our website and read the How to Play section. The How to Play section should explain which keys to use and what your mission is.

| 16. I think there is a problem with the game. |
| If there is a problem with the game that you purchased, please let us know by sending us an email by filling out the email form or by emailing us directly at support@guppygames.com
